Technology Project Manager

About the role

Compaz is seeking an experienced Technology Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end IT infrastructure and cloud transformation initiatives. The role involves delivering enterprise technology projects such as data‑center migration, cloud adoption, and system integration while managing stakeholders and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of IT infrastructure, data‑center migration, cloud transformation and deployment projects.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including infrastructure, network, security and application groups.
• Drive project planning, scheduling, resource management and execution.
• Manage vendor engagement, track delivery and monitor service performance.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and budget.
• Conduct risk management, issue tracking and mitigation planning.
• Oversee testing, cut‑over planning, go‑live and post‑implementation support.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Technology or IT Project Manager.
• Strong background in infrastructure, cloud or data‑center projects.
• Experience managing large‑scale deployments or migration programmes.
• Demonstrated vendor management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects in enterprise environments.
