About the role

Capital Group is seeking a senior‑level Technology Support Analyst III to deliver high‑quality technical assistance to its global associate community. The role blends advanced troubleshooting, incident response, and proactive service improvement while leveraging automation and approved AI tools.

Key responsibilities

• Provide virtual and on‑site technical support for hardware, software, connectivity, and service issues.
• Act as the escalation point for Level 1 and Level 2 support, resolving complex problems that lack existing documentation.
• Participate in incident and request management, monitoring support queues, dashboards, alerts, and ensuring SLA compliance.
• Contribute technical expertise during major incidents, helping identify impact, triage, and restore services.
• Collaborate with global teams to improve service quality and support broader infrastructure initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering senior‑level end‑user support in a large, distributed organization.
• Strong communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
