Toner Supplies WW FPM Manager

About the role

This role directs one or more teams of PSS Life Cycle Marketing professionals, overseeing their daily operations including staffing, workflow and budget management. It also leads process improvements, drives the long-term strategic direction of product lines and services at regional and global levels, and leads cross-functional global projects. The position is full time in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team responsible for planning the Toner Supplies strategy on future LaserJet platforms (NPIs)
• Develop business plans and marketing strategies supporting overall LaserJet business goals, and maintain the status of customer requirements for future products
• Identify and recommend marketing opportunities and product strategy, and drive a customer offering strategy
• Manage staffing, workflow and budget of the team, and interact with R&D, HW FPM, supply chain, regional marketing teams and senior management
• Streamline processes and improve PSS efficiency through process improvements, tools and collaboration
• Execute the long-term strategic direction of product lines and services regionally and globally, and lead cross-functional global projects
• Provide product recommendations to global and regional leadership based on market insights, and represent the organization before customers and partners
• Drive innovation to increase sales, stay informed on industry trends, and manage talent including recruitment, performance management, coaching and career development

Required profile

• Four-year or graduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline, or commensurate experience
• Typically 10+ years of job-related experience or 8-10 years of management experience, preferably in product marketing, product design or a related field
• Ability to use managerial concepts to resolve complex issues and lead change initiatives
