Training Associate – Learning & Competency Support

About the role

The Training Associate supports the design, delivery and administration of training and competency programmes for PIAS representatives. You will help ensure regulatory compliance, raise adviser competency, and contribute to the digital transformation of learning and sales advisory processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in training needs analysis, identifying regulatory and competency gaps across adviser segments.
• Help develop and update training materials, assessments and resources for classroom, virtual instructor‑led and e‑learning formats.
• Coordinate logistics for mandatory and foundation training programmes, including scheduling, communications, attendance tracking and record keeping.
• Support post‑training evaluation, collect feedback, monitor outcomes and generate effectiveness reports.
• Contribute to the delivery of regulatory and competency programmes covering MAS requirements, FAIR framework, financial advisory processes and market conduct guidelines.
• Support digitalisation initiatives, including automation of learning processes, LMS enhancements and implementation of digital sales advisory tools.
• Liaise with internal departments, business units and external partners on training matters.
