Transformation & Finance Intern, MEA APAC 2027

About the role

Accor, a global hospitality group with over 5,500 hotels, 10,000 restaurants and lifestyle destinations in 110 countries, is looking for a Transformation & Finance intern for its MEA APAC region in Singapore. The internship supports finance and operational improvement through automation and digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing, documenting and enhancing finance and operational workflows to improve efficiency and standardisation.
• Support automation and digital transformation initiatives, including workflow optimisation and AI-enabled solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, test solutions and drive project implementation.
• Analyse data, measure project outcomes and prepare reports and presentations for management updates.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a degree or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Self-motivated team player with strong communication skills and a passion for continuous learning.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of AI, automation workflows and digital technologies.
• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies such as Excel, SharePoint, Power Platform or VBA is an advantage.
