Trust Administrator

About the role

Join the Trust team at Kensington Trust Singapore and play a key part in managing client trust portfolios. You will ensure smooth operations, regulatory compliance, and high‑quality service for beneficiaries and trustees.

Key responsibilities

• Administer day‑to‑day trust activities, including opening bank or brokerage accounts, processing distributions, and transferring funds.
• Collaborate with professional advisors, investment managers and banks on trust‑related matters.
• Conduct periodic reviews to verify compliance with trust deeds, company policies, and legal/tax requirements.
• Maintain accurate trust records and prepare trustee minutes, resolutions, and other documentation.
• Handle invoicing and timely collection of debtor payments.
• Provide additional support to the supervisor as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in trust administration (1 year acceptable for strong candidates).
• Strong understanding of trust law, estate planning, taxation and fiduciary duties.
• Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of discretion, confidentiality and ethical standards.
