UX Designer

About the role

We are looking for a creative UX Designer to shape intuitive, inclusive digital experiences across multiple platforms. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to turn user insights into high‑fidelity designs that meet accessibility and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user research, analyze findings, and identify pain points.
• Apply design heuristics, information architecture, and universal design techniques to improve accessibility and findability.
• Create high‑fidelity, user‑friendly interfaces for mobile, desktop, voice, and conversational experiences.
• Develop low‑ and high‑fidelity prototypes, user flows, and maintain consistency with the design system.
• Test prototypes to validate usability, usefulness, and compliance risks.
• Present design concepts to business and IT stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Interaction Design or User Experience with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High integrity, accountability, collaborative attitude, and adaptability to change.
