Vice President – Client Support Group Team Manager

About the role

The Client Support Group (CSG) in the Asia‑Pacific and Middle‑East region is seeking a Vice President to lead the regional team responsible for end‑to‑end client due‑diligence and KYC operations. Reporting to CSG leadership, you will oversee multiple country‑specific teams, ensuring the bank’s compliance with financial‑crime regulations while delivering high‑quality service to front‑office partners.

Key responsibilities

• Own the regional “Book of Work”, allocating tasks and tracking completion across all jurisdictions.
• Optimize team capacity, drive productivity, and maintain strict quality and control standards.
• Oversee execution of KYC due‑diligence, ensuring policy adherence, data integrity in core banking systems, and timely delivery of MIS for senior management.
• Collaborate with global counterparts to coordinate multi‑hub client due‑diligence processes.
• Serve as primary escalation point, resolving complex issues and facilitating smooth document collection with front‑office and other support teams.
• Provide data‑driven insights on performance, risks and operational health to CSG leadership.

Required profile

• Significant experience managing KYC/Client Due Diligence operations in a banking or financial‑services environment.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑country teams and drive process improvements.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience producing management information reports.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to work with front‑office, compliance and global partners.
