Vice President, Marketing Services

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Vice President to lead the AI vision, strategy, and execution across its Marketing Services portfolio. This senior leader will shape how AI transforms marketing, personalization, and customer engagement, leveraging Mastercard’s data assets and technology platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the long‑term AI strategy and roadmap for Marketing Services.
• Develop a point of view on AI’s impact on marketing, personalization, and commerce experiences.
• Identify emerging technology trends and translate them into business opportunities.
• Partner with product, engineering, data science, and tech teams to embed AI capabilities into current and future offerings.
• Drive growth by scaling AI‑powered solutions such as audience intelligence, campaign optimization, measurement, and decisioning.
• Evaluate build, buy, or partner options to accelerate innovation.
• Improve operational efficiency through AI‑enabled workflows, automation, and reusable capabilities.
• Align cross‑functional stakeholders around a common AI agenda and prioritize strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in AI‑driven marketing or related technology domains.
• Strong ability to set strategic vision and translate it into actionable roadmaps.
• Excellent collaboration skills with product, engineering, data science, and business teams.
• Track record of identifying and scaling AI opportunities that create competitive advantage.
• Experience driving operational improvements through automation and AI‑enabled processes.
