Video Production Manager

About the role

The Video Production Manager is a full‑time position responsible for planning, managing, and executing video projects that showcase Sync AI’s solutions, brand, and client success stories. This hybrid role is based in Singapore, combining on‑site production work with remote flexibility for planning, coordination, and post‑production tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end video production workflows, from concept development and scripting through filming, post‑production, and final delivery.
• Coordinate production schedules and manage internal and external stakeholders to keep projects on track.
• Supervise on‑set logistics, including lighting, equipment setup, and crew coordination.
• Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create assets such as product demos, case studies, training materials, and social‑media videos.
• Maintain high production standards while meeting tight deadlines and budget constraints.

Required profile

• Strong skills in video and film production, including planning, shooting, and directing various formats (product videos, interviews, explainers).
• Experience in production management with the ability to handle timelines, budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
• Proficiency in video post‑production, covering editing, color correction, sound design, and preparing deliverables for multiple platforms.
• Practical knowledge of lighting for studio and location shoots to achieve consistent visual quality.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging visual stories for diverse audiences.
• Relevant B2B or technology/AI video production experience is an advantage, along with a degree or diploma in Film, Media, Communications, or equivalent professional experience.
