Visual Communications Designer

About the role

The Visual Communications Designer will lead the creation and evolution of the company’s visual identity across all channels. Working closely with marketing, product and events teams, you will ensure brand consistency while delivering compelling visual assets that drive engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, evolve, and enforce global brand guidelines.
• Design high‑quality visual content for marketing campaigns, social media and presentations.
• Produce print collateral such as brochures, packaging, event signage and whitepapers.
• Conceptualise infographics, motion graphics and basic video elements.
• Partner with copywriters and growth marketers to create high‑converting ad creatives.
• Design immersive spatial graphics and promotional materials for corporate and public events.
• Collaborate with product teams to align marketing visuals with UI design.
• Organise and maintain a clean digital asset library for the global team.
• Manage vendor relationships, prepare print‑ready files and review press proofs.
• Research industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the visual style modern.
