Volleyball Coach

About the role

JRT Volleyball Academy is seeking a dedicated Volleyball Coach to join its on‑site team in Singapore. The coach will deliver progressive training across Learn to Play, Elementary and Advance programmes, fostering both skill development and character building for athletes of all ages.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and conduct volleyball training sessions for beginner, intermediate and advanced groups.
• Demonstrate techniques, provide feedback and design individual development plans.
• Maintain a safe, engaging practice environment and manage session logistics.
• Coordinate equipment, collaborate with fellow coaches and align methods with the academy’s framework.
• Communicate regularly with athletes, parents and partners; support competitions, camps and special events.

Required profile

• Strong volleyball knowledge and proven coaching experience with youth or adult teams.
• Effective communication and teaching abilities to adapt to diverse learning needs.
• Organisational reliability, safety‑first mindset and teamwork orientation.

Required skills

• Relevant coaching certifications (e.g., FIVB, SG‑Coach Accreditation) are highly beneficial.
