Warehouse and Logistics Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Warehouse and Logistics Assistant to join our team at Hinode Foods on Jurong Island. In this full‑time role you will support the smooth flow of goods through receiving, storage, order fulfilment and dispatch while ensuring safety and accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, check and store incoming goods.
• Pick, pack, label and dispatch orders accurately.
• Maintain inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
• Coordinate deliveries and collections with drivers and suppliers.
• Prepare shipping and logistics documentation.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely where authorised.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organised and compliant with safety procedures.
• Assist with loading/unloading, stock control and general warehouse duties.
• Report damaged, missing or incorrect goods to supervisors.
• Support the logistics team with day‑to‑day administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Junior Executive level.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Attention to detail for inventory and documentation.
• Physical ability to handle loading and unloading tasks.

Required skills

• Warehouse equipment operation.
