Warehouse Assistant – 3‑Month Contract (Office Hours)

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Assistant to join our clean, air‑conditioned facility in Kallang for a three‑month contract. The role follows regular office hours (Mon‑Fri, 8:30 am‑5:30 pm) and offers a competitive hourly rate.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily warehouse tasks such as receiving, inspecting, storing, picking, packing and dispatching goods.
• Carry out quality and quantity checks on inbound and outbound inventory.
• Assist with inventory management, including scheduled cycle counts and accurate documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness, housekeeping and proper upkeep of warehouse equipment.
• Follow safety requirements and standard operating procedures.
• Support supervisors with ad‑hoc duties and special projects as needed.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in warehouse, logistics or inventory operations.
• Ability to manually handle items up to 25 kg per carton.
• Meticulous, responsible and capable of working independently.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Positive attitude, team‑player and adaptable to changing operational needs.
• Available to commit for the full three‑month period and start immediately or with short notice.
