Warehouse Assistant

About the role

As a Warehouse Assistant in Chanel's Distribution Center in Singapore, you will support safe, accurate and efficient daily warehouse operations. Reporting to the Warehouse Senior Associate, you will help ensure that goods are received, stored, checked and prepared for delivery while complying with safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inventory control activities, including receiving, inspecting, storing goods and inventory transfers.
• Perform quality and quantity checks prior to delivery (pick & pack) and upon receipt.
• Conduct scheduled physical cycle counts (weekly, bi‑weekly or monthly).
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping and equipment upkeep.
• Ensure daily tasks comply with workplace safety and health requirements.
• Support supervisors with ad‑hoc operational tasks within stipulated timelines.

Required profile

• ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level qualification or higher, preferably in logistics or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in a logistics or warehouse environment.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Positive, can‑do attitude with a collaborative teamwork approach.
• Meticulous, adaptable, able to prioritize, take initiative and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
• Independent work style with practical problem‑solving abilities.
