Warehouse Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our Singapore facility. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth inbound and outbound operations while maintaining high inventory accuracy and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee inbound receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and outbound shipping to meet daily throughput targets and delivery SLAs.
• Lead cycle counts, audit stock levels, investigate discrepancies and maintain >99% inventory accuracy.
• Recruit, train, schedule and evaluate warehouse staff, managing labor allocations and overtime.
• Use WMS data to optimise layout, streamline picking routes, eliminate bottlenecks and apply Lean/5S methodologies.
• Coordinate with logistics carriers, transport suppliers, customer service and procurement to ensure smooth schedules.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience in warehouse management, fulfillment centre operations or logistics supervision.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods, work in varying temperatures and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving under pressure and clear communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Blue Yonder or Manhattan.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite.
