Warehouse Operations Coordinator – 12‑Month Contract

About the role

The Warehouse Operations Coordinator will support the Commercial Operations Team in managing day‑to‑day activities of the Singapore warehouse for a multinational healthcare technology organisation. This 12‑month contract role focuses on inventory control, compliance documentation and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, storage condition monitoring, stock movements and documentation.
• Coordinate with logistics and service providers to ensure smooth warehouse processes.
• Maintain GDPMDS‑related records, environmental monitoring logs, calibration records and audit documentation.
• Support compliance and quality management by adhering to established warehouse procedures and controls.
• Liaise with Commercial Operations, Service, Finance and external vendors for inventory checks, stock reconciliation, warehouse maintenance, pest control, cleaning programmes and audit readiness.

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum three years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics or supply‑chain functions.
• Working knowledge of inventory control processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP systems such as SAP is an advantage.
