Warehouse Storekeeper – Manage Inventory & Team

About the role

The Warehouse Storekeeper leads a team of Warehouse Assistants and supports the Factory Supply Chain Manager in daily warehouse operations. The role is responsible for efficient inventory control, safe material handling and compliance with warehouse procedures for raw materials, packaging, HALB and finished goods.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure receipt, storage, movement, issuance and dispatch of materials in line with warehouse policies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct cycle counts and prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Update SAP with all inventory transactions and report discrepancies, damages or slow‑moving items.
• Supervise Warehouse Assistants, plan work schedules and provide first‑level guidance.
• Monitor safety practices, ensure safe conditions for forklift drivers and report incidents.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist in day‑to‑day warehouse coordination.

Required profile

• Certified Forklift Operating License (mandatory).
• Prior experience in warehouse/storekeeping operations.
• Familiarity with SAP and Excel is an advantage.
• Ability to supervise a small team and work normal office hours with occasional rotating shifts.
