Web Developer – High‑Performance Trading Platform

About the role

Spark Systems is seeking a passionate Web Developer to build and enhance high‑performance web applications for a low‑latency electronic trading platform serving global FX markets. You will work on responsive, scalable front‑end solutions that directly impact institutional traders.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications for a real‑time trading platform.
• Implement responsive UI components using React.js, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Integrate REST APIs, WebSocket streams, and other real‑time data sources.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and optimise user experience.
• Take ownership of features from design through production release.
