我们是提供学术出版支持服务的公司，现招聘Web Marketing Specialist，负责日本市场的网页用户获取与转化优化。该岗位为远程优先，可根据业务需求前往东京办公室。
主要职责
- 规划、执行并优化公司自有网站、服务页面及落地页的用户获取与转化。
- 基于用户行为数据进行UI/UX改进、文案结构及表单优化，提高转化率。
- 与广告团队合作策划并执行提升品牌曝光和收入的营销活动。
- 设计并监控关键指标（CVR、参与度等），提供数据驱动的改进建议。
任职要求
- 具备日语用户体验优化经验，能够根据数据进行页面改进。
- 能够使用英文与总部（印度）团队沟通协作。
- 对Web营销有浓厚兴趣，具备良好的分析与执行能力。
必备技能
- 网页分析与数据驱动优化能力。
- UI/UX改进、文案结构优化经验。
