Workforce Planning & Organizational Development Internship

About the role

Join HL Building Materials as a Workforce Planning & Organizational Development Intern. You will support the HR team in shaping strategic workforce initiatives, gaining hands‑on experience in data‑driven planning and organizational design.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with workforce planning and organizational development projects.
• Monitor approved headcount against actual staffing levels.
• Track vacancies, headcount changes and workforce deployment activities.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and analyses to inform planning decisions.
• Collect, validate and analyse workforce data for strategic use.
• Contribute to projects that improve organisational readiness and resource allocation.
• Support process improvements and maintain accurate workforce records.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or final‑year student interested in Human Resources, Workforce Planning or Business Analytics.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior HR professionals.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
