WSH Coordinator (Level B) – Construction & A&A Projects

About the role

We are looking for a Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Coordinator (Level B) to support construction and addition & alteration (A&A) projects across Singapore. Reporting to the WSH Manager, you will help ensure that all project sites comply with Singapore’s WSH regulations and our company’s safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the WSH Manager in monitoring site compliance with WSH regulations and internal safety policies.
• Conduct regular site inspections, identify unsafe acts, conditions and work practices, and enforce corrective actions.
• Ensure workers and subcontractors follow safety procedures, wear required PPE and maintain proper housekeeping.
• Deliver safety training, toolbox talks and site briefings.
• Prepare and maintain risk assessments, permits, inspection records and other safety documentation.
• Support incident investigations and recommend preventive measures.
• Keep inspection records for lifting gear, appliances and electrical equipment up‑to‑date.
• Compile monthly safety reports and assist with safety audits.

Required profile

• Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B).
• 1–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in construction, A&A or renovation projects.
• Good knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations and construction‑site safety practices.
• Willingness to travel to project sites island‑wide.
