Accountant – Full Set & Financial Reporting

About the role
The Accountant will manage the full set of accounts for our operations divisions, ensuring timely month‑end closing and accurate financial reporting. You will support the finance manager in the annual budgeting process and coordinate GST filing and audit activities.
Key responsibilities
- Perform monthly closing and prepare statutory financial statements.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Analyse financial data and produce management reports.
- Support GST filing, audit preparation and compliance with internal policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams on accounting matters and assist with budgeting.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience handling full‑set bookkeeping.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing or distribution is a plus.
- GCE “O” level or Diploma in a related field with relevant experience.
Required skills
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- General ledger maintenance.
- Knowledge of US‑GAAP (optional).
- Proficiency with accounting software, Excel spreadsheets and word‑processing tools.
- Ability to prepare accurate financial information for GST filing and audits.
