Aircraft Engine Inspection Technician III

About the role

Pratt & Whitney is seeking a Technician III to perform visual and dimensional inspections on aircraft engine components at its Singapore facility. The role ensures that all parts meet strict technical drawings, work instructions, and specification requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of engine components and repairable parts.
• Perform receiving, in‑process, and final inspections according to manufacturer tolerances.
• Interpret technical drawings, SOPs, and inspection specifications.
• Participate in internal audits, EH&S programs, and continuous‑improvement initiatives (CORE).
• Support additional tasks assigned by the supervisor, including overtime and rotating shift work.

Required profile

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent technical qualification (experience may substitute).
• Minimum 2 years of visual inspection experience.
• Pass vision (Jaeger #1) and colour‑blindness tests.
• Ability to read basic technical drawings and follow SOPs.
• Willingness to work day and night rotating shifts and occasional overtime.
