Architecture & Design Manager

About the role

The Architecture & Design Manager will ensure Club Med’s design vision is consistently applied across the ESAP region, enhancing guest experiences and supporting the premium brand positioning. This role bridges owners, consultants, and internal teams to deliver cohesive design outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pre‑qualify new consultants (architects, interior designers, landscape planners, lighting designers) across APAC and maintain up‑to‑date consultant lists.
• Maintain project documentation, design reference documents, and benchmarking reports.
• Lead design aspects through master planning, schematic design, design development, and pre‑construction phases, coordinating daily with consultants.
• Prepare materials for APAC Design Committee presentations and produce conceptual sketches and visual aids.
• Use AutoCAD to verify dimensions, layout compliance, and documentation accuracy.
• Collaborate with the Construction Director on CAPEX projects and with Project Managers to consolidate standards and technical data.
• Travel within the region as required and attend key meetings.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in large‑scale interior design projects, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong spatial planning, interior detailing, and FF&E specification skills.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and coordinate diverse, multicultural teams.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and solution‑driven mindset.
