Assistant Product Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a driven and detail‑oriented Assistant Product Marketing Manager to support our marketing and brand management activities, including advertising, promotions, POSM creation, PR, product launches, and events. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure marketing objectives are met.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute 360° integrated marketing communications campaigns (ATL/BTL) for the product portfolio.
• Manage agency partners for campaigns, events, and product launches while maintaining brand consistency.
• Plan and implement consumer and trade events, promotions, and third‑party collaborations.
• Handle marketing budget planning, quotation, invoice management, and campaign performance analysis.
• Produce regular post‑campaign reports and share best practices.
• Coordinate with product management, digital marketing, PR, and corporate marketing to align IMC strategies.
• Serve as the point of contact for branch offices on product/brand marketing matters.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially with diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Experience working with external suppliers and agencies.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and adaptability skills.
• Creative mindset with a focus on innovation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Effective use of electronic mail for professional communication.
