Assistant Tax Manager – Corporate Tax & Transfer Pricing

About the role

Reporting directly to the Head of Tax, the Assistant Tax Manager will support senior leadership in managing the group’s corporate tax obligations and strategic fiscal governance across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with internal departments and external consultants to implement and maintain global transfer pricing frameworks.
• Ensure all transfer pricing documentation complies with multi‑jurisdictional standards.
• Act as a technical advisor for expansion and operational initiatives, identifying tax risks and recommending mitigation strategies.
• Oversee local tax compliance filings and monitor changes in indirect tax policies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tax audits and inquiries from various tax authorities.

Required profile

• Recognised degree in Accounting, Finance or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience managing complex tax portfolios.
• Experience in Big 4 tax advisory or compliance is welcomed.
• Agile, adaptable and strong commercial acumen.
