About the role

The Associate in Infocomm Media (AIM) Graduate Development Programme is a two‑year, structured pathway designed for fresh graduates passionate about Singapore’s digital ecosystem. Participants will rotate across IMDA’s functions, gaining broad exposure to policy, business and technology while building a solid foundation for a career in the infocomm media sector.

Key responsibilities

• Complete two 1‑year rotations across different IMDA divisions, contributing to real‑world projects.
• Collaborate on cross‑division task forces and committees to address digital economy challenges.
• Engage with senior leaders, receive mentorship, and present insights to senior management.
• Develop leadership capabilities and acquire technical competencies through challenging assignments.

Required profile

• Academic background in ICT/STEM, Business Administration/Analytics, Communications & Media, or Economics.
• Final‑year undergraduate or fresh graduate with less than two years of work experience.
• Strong passion for infocomm media and public service, with a proven record in leadership, competitions, co‑curricular activities, internships or community involvement.
• Excellent critical‑thinking, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, dynamic environment.
