Bellman – Guest Services

About the role

The Bellman provides first‑impression guest service at Frasers House, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Singapore. You will greet, escort, and assist guests throughout their stay, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, open doors, and escort them to rooms or vehicles.
• Inform guests about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Transport luggage to and from guest rooms and the bell area.
• Assist with luggage storage, retrieval, and loading/unloading from vehicles.
• Arrange transportation (taxi, shuttle, limousine) and communicate parking procedures.
• Answer telephone calls with professional etiquette.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and adhere to company policies.
• Support guests with disabilities and respond to service requests promptly.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior work experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb unaided and up to 75 lb with assistance.
• Comfortable standing, walking, and moving on stairs or uneven surfaces for an entire shift.
• Clear verbal communication skills in English.
