Business Intelligence Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to partner with business teams and turn data into actionable insights. You will lead cross‑functional analytics projects, automate reporting, and support data‑driven decision making across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver analytical insights.
• Lead and coordinate cross‑functional data analytics projects.
• Automate manual reporting processes using VBA, Python and SQL.
• Monitor and optimise end‑to‑end reporting flows from back‑end databases to front‑end dashboards.
• Develop and apply algorithms to solve complex data problems.
• Provide training and coaching to team members on BI tools and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in data analytics, statistics, mathematics or a related quantitative field.
• At least 3 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to translate data into clear business narratives.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to stakeholders.
