Consulting PMO Manager – Singapore/Malaysia/Thailand

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Consulting PMO Manager to lead the Project Management Office for the Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand region. You will be responsible for ensuring delivery predictability, portfolio governance, financial discipline, and the maturity of PM capabilities across all consulting engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the regional portfolio in line with global PMO and consulting priorities.
• Lead project managers, enforce global SOPs, and oversee delivery governance, quality reviews, escalation protocols, and project close‑out.
• Monitor and report on project scope, schedule, quality, and commercial commitments.
• Collaborate with RMO, cross‑region PMOs, and consulting leaders to optimize resource capacity, skills, and utilization.
• Drive financial performance by managing delivery health, utilization, margin, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Improve revenue forecast accuracy through disciplined PM forecasting, milestone tracking, and early risk identification.
• Identify and address systemic delivery inefficiencies using data‑driven insights.
• Surface add‑on opportunities and ensure PM capability is factored into pipeline planning.
• Mentor and develop the regional PM community, overseeing hiring, performance management, and succession planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a PMO or large portfolio of consulting projects.
• Strong governance, financial, and risk‑management skills.
• Ability to partner with consulting, sales, finance, and global PMO leadership.
• Demonstrated mentorship and talent‑development capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
