Cybersecurity GRC Specialist

About the role

Percept Solutions is looking for a Cybersecurity GRC Specialist to lead governance, risk, and compliance initiatives. You will shape security policies, drive risk assessments, and foster a security‑aware culture across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards aligned with ISO 27001, NIST, CIS and other best practices.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as MAS TRMG and CCoP, and support internal audits and third‑party risk assessments.
• Conduct risk assessments, maintain a security risk register, and monitor emerging threats to drive proactive risk mitigation.
• Assist in business continuity and disaster recovery planning related to security risks.
• Create and deliver security awareness training programs for employees.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in security governance, risk management, and compliance.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA or CRISC.
