Delivery Head – ERP & CRM Projects

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Delivery Head to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of INFOR and Microsoft Dynamics ERP/CRM, BI, Data & AI projects in Singapore. The role requires overseeing multiple concurrent engagements, building strong client relationships, and ensuring delivery excellence from requirements gathering through full deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall delivery oversight and governance across several projects, balancing scope, schedule, budget, quality and risk.
• Collaborate with clients, internal teams and subcontractors to define clear goals, detailed project plans, change‑management procedures and governance frameworks.
• Support business development by contributing to RFP responses, proposals and client presentations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity, process efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Track and report KPIs and project metrics to senior leadership.

Required profile

• 15+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in senior project delivery roles.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale implementations across diverse industries.
• Strong client‑facing skills, able to handle escalations and negotiate with executive stakeholders.
• Experience supporting RFPs, proposals and leading client workshops.
