Director, Global Relationship Manager – Corporate Banking

About the role

The Director, Global Relationship Manager will lead the Corporate Banking Group in Singapore, expanding relationships with head‑quarter companies and driving sustainable revenue across the region. Reporting to the Head of Local Corporate, this senior position combines strategic account planning with hands‑on credit and risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the local corporate relationship strategy, delivering financing, debt capital markets, hedging, cash management, trade and treasury solutions.
• Collaborate with internal product officers and stakeholders to design innovative financing structures.
• Drive incremental revenue through cross‑selling, new products and initiatives to meet country revenue targets.
• Prepare high‑impact client proposals, credit memoranda and financial models to support deal structuring.
• Conduct rigorous credit analysis, negotiate covenants and monitor portfolio performance for early risk detection.
• Maintain compliance and risk standards while aligning with the Global Corporate Banking Singapore mid‑term plan.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in corporate finance, capital markets and syndicated loan transactions.
• Strong knowledge of global markets and corporate banking products.
• Proven track record in managing large corporate relationships and delivering revenue growth.
• Ability to lead credit and risk assessments and work closely with senior internal stakeholders.
