Mastercard is seeking a Director of Revenue Strategy to lead the design and execution of market‑wide offerings for its Network Services team in the Asia Pacific region. The role blends consulting expertise with deep payments knowledge to drive sustainable revenue growth across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategy and analysis for Network Services, shaping commercial and go‑to‑market approaches.
• Design and develop new revenue‑generating programs, integrating product portfolios into coherent offerings.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to secure approvals, scale initiatives, and ensure execution at market level.
• Engage customers to gather feedback, refine programs, and enhance product usage and penetration.
• Measure success through revenue growth, product adoption, and market penetration metrics.

Required profile

• Extensive consulting experience, preferably within payments or financial services.
• Strong understanding of digital payments ecosystems and network services.
• Proven ability to lead senior‑level stakeholder discussions and drive cross‑functional initiatives.
