eCommerce Manager – Southeast Asia & Australia

About the role

Fendi’s E‑Commerce team is looking for an experienced eCommerce Manager to drive online sales growth and enhance the digital experience across Southeast Asia and Australia. You will work closely with headquarters, regional teams and external partners to align strategy and deliver a seamless luxury experience online.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the eCommerce platform, including product merchandising, content updates, promotional campaigns and site functionality.
• Monitor and analyse key eCommerce KPIs (traffic, conversion rates, average order value, CAC, ROI) and propose optimisation strategies.
• Collaborate with merchandising and supply‑chain teams to define buy strategies and stock level recommendations.
• Integrate online and offline client experiences, supporting click‑and‑collect and other omnichannel initiatives.
• Act as the primary liaison between regional marketing, sales, operations, IT teams and headquarters to ensure cohesive digital execution.
• Stay updated on emerging eCommerce trends and technologies, recommending innovative solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of B2C eCommerce experience; luxury retail or fashion background is a plus.
• Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of driving online revenue growth.
• Excellent project‑management skills and ability to handle operational challenges of omnichannel growth.
