Faculty Management Specialist

About the role

The Faculty Management Specialist builds, manages and develops a strong pool of trainers, course developers and subject‑matter experts to ensure high‑quality programme delivery and continuous improvement. The role works closely with Product, Operations and Sales teams to source, onboard, engage and develop faculty while maintaining programme quality and compliance with organisational and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Source, identify and recommend suitable trainers, developers and experts in collaboration with programme owners.
• Maintain a sustainable faculty pipeline for current and future programme needs.
• Coordinate selection processes, including shortlisting, interviews, demo sessions and work‑sample reviews.
• Support appointment and contracting, preparing documentation and engagement terms.
• Plan and manage onboarding, ensuring faculty understand objectives, learner profiles, delivery expectations and compliance requirements.
• Maintain regular communication, cascade updates, and organise engagement events and development activities.
• Act as liaison between faculty and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and foster positive relationships.
• Coordinate and maintain faculty contract records and engagement status.

Required profile

• Experienced adult educator or training professional with a track record of strong evaluation scores.
• Proven ability to assess, coach and develop faculty members.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Strong organisational and project‑management capabilities.
