Finance Director

About the role

AYP is seeking a Finance Director to lead the financial health, governance and risk management of the AYP Group. You will be responsible for shaping financial strategy, ensuring disciplined cash flow management and supporting the company’s rapid growth across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the group’s financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting and performance management.
• Oversee cash flow, liquidity planning, capital allocation and working‑capital optimisation.
• Establish and strengthen governance frameworks, financial controls, policies and risk‑management practices.
• Lead relationships with banks, financial institutions and external stakeholders for funding and corporate finance initiatives.
• Champion data governance and business intelligence to provide accurate financial and operational metrics.
• Partner with HR and senior leaders to build people capability, workforce planning and organisational effectiveness.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of finance leadership experience, preferably in high‑growth or scaling organisations.
• Proven track record in financial planning, reporting, cash‑flow management and governance.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to translate financial insights into strategic decisions.
• Experience leading managers, cross‑functional teams and organisational transformation initiatives.
