HR Resourcing Partner (Hospitality)

About the role

The HR Resourcing Partner will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for hospitality positions, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates. You will collaborate closely with the HR Business Partner and hiring managers to deliver high‑quality hires while meeting time‑to‑fill and cost‑per‑hire targets.

Key responsibilities

• Post vacancies, screen resumes, conduct interviews and reference checks, and extend offers.
• Maintain recruitment tracking data and generate ad‑hoc employee reports.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using networking, cold calling, social media, and employee referrals.
• Plan and coordinate recruitment events such as walk‑in interviews and job fairs.
• Manage advertising channels, employee referral programs, and relationships with search firms and agencies.
• Monitor vendor performance metrics and evaluate recruitment campaign effectiveness.
• Stay up‑to‑date on recruiting trends, labour laws, and best practices.
• Handle ad‑hoc projects and general administrative duties as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of HR or recruitment experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Highly organized, meticulous and able to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Capable of managing high‑volume and mass recruitment initiatives.
