About the role
As the HR Business Partner for Southeast Asia, you will shape the people strategy that fuels Lenskart’s rapid retail expansion across Singapore, Thailand and the wider region. This is a builder role where HR is treated as a growth engine, responsible for designing talent systems that support store launches and cultural consistency.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and own the end‑to‑end talent architecture for SEA, including workforce planning, hiring strategy and organisational design.
- Design and run a high‑velocity frontline hiring engine, creating pipelines and repeatable processes for Singapore, Thailand and emerging markets.
- Define high‑performance standards and build performance‑management and engagement frameworks across all markets.
- Manage HR operations at scale – payroll coordination, work‑pass administration, statutory compliance and labour‑law adherence.
- Provide market intelligence on talent trends, anticipate hiring challenges and ensure each store launch is talent‑ready from day zero.
- Partner closely with retail and country leaders, using data to influence people decisions and support growth plans.
Required profile
- 8–12 years of HR experience with strong HRBP exposure in retail or consumer‑facing environments.
- Proven track record in Singapore and familiarity with Thailand and other SEA markets.
- Deep knowledge of HR fundamentals – labour laws, compliance, performance management and the employee lifecycle.
- Singapore national.
