About the role

The Human Resources Director leads the company’s talent and culture agenda, partnering directly with the CEO and executive team to align people strategy with business growth. This senior position oversees all core HR functions, from acquisition to employee experience, ensuring they support organizational effectiveness and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive talent strategy that drives business objectives and long‑term growth.
• Act as a strategic advisor to founders and the executive leadership team on all human capital matters.
• Lead organizational design and transformation initiatives to build a scalable, future‑ready workforce.
• Oversee talent acquisition, employer branding, and pipeline development.
• Manage talent management frameworks, including succession planning, high‑potential identification, and performance management.
• Define and deliver learning and leadership development programs aligned with future capability needs.
• Shape and embed core values, culture, and employee engagement initiatives across all geographies.

Required profile

• Proven senior HR leadership experience, preferably at director or equivalent level.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate talent strategy into scalable programs.
• Experience in organizational design, transformation, and workforce planning.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with C‑suite executives and influence business decisions.
• Track record of building high‑performing talent acquisition and development functions.
