Human Resources Specialist – 6‑Month Contract

About the role

Bulgari is seeking an energetic Human Resources Specialist on a 6‑month contract to support HR operations across Singapore and several Southeast Asian markets. The role offers exposure to both day‑to‑day HR administration and project‑based system enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including work‑pass applications, insurance enrolment and creation of employee records.
• Maintain employee life‑cycle documentation such as certification letters, incentive plan letters and insurance renewals.
• Compile data for HR reports (annual reporting, Mercer/Comptify, MOM surveys, headcount).
• Provide headcount figures for sales commission calculations and ensure payroll data consistency across systems.
• Assist with end‑to‑end monthly payroll processing to guarantee timely payments.
• Participate in HR system implementation, designing new onboarding workflows and integrating attendance/leave data with payroll.
• Support User Acceptance Testing, document test results and coordinate issue resolution with stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain SOPs, user guides and process documentation for system roll‑out and adoption.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fluent English with strong communication abilities.
• Self‑organized, disciplined and able to work both independently and within a team.
• High level of professionalism and meticulous attention to detail.
