Investment Banking Analyst

About the role

As an Investment Banking Analyst at Jefferies, you will be based in Singapore and support the execution of high‑profile transactions across Singapore and Southeast Asia. You will work closely with senior bankers to deliver financial advisory services and help drive the growth of the firm’s investment banking practice in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth financial analysis, valuation, and modeling to support transaction execution.
• Assist in preparing pitch books, presentations, and marketing materials for client meetings.
• Collaborate with senior team members on deal origination, structuring, and negotiation.
• Perform industry research and market analysis to identify potential opportunities for clients.
• Manage due‑diligence processes and coordinate with legal, tax, and other advisors.
• Support the execution of mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and other financial transactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or a related area.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English.
