IT Desktop Support (Part‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time IT Desktop Support professional to provide on‑site field assistance across our Singapore locations. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues while maintaining compliance with warranty and security policies.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on‑site support for desktops, laptops, printers and other peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Windows, macOS and Linux operating system problems.
• Perform smart‑hand activities such as installing monitors, keyboards, routers, switches, firewalls and cabling.
• Lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs as required.
• Document incidents and manage tickets using ServiceNow or Remedy.
• Analyze repeat calls and develop preventive actions.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on IT infrastructure support experience.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and handle flexible schedules.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with clients and management.
• Associate degree in Electronics and CompTIA A+ certification preferred; vendor certifications (Dell, Lenovo, etc.) are a plus.
• Experience with ticketing tools and customer‑focused service management.
