Junior Accountant – Entry Level

About the role

Join a respected boutique accounting and advisory firm as a Junior Accountant. This position is designed for recent graduates or entry‑level accountants who want to move beyond basic bookkeeping and gain experience in corporate and SME finance. You will receive mentorship from experienced professionals while working with mid‑size companies and corporations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform accounting and finance tasks for SME and corporate clients.
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports.
• Assist senior accountants with month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
• Liaise with Chinese‑speaking clients to address their accounting needs.
• Utilise Xero and Google applications for bookkeeping and data management.

Required profile

• Accounting certificate, degree, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to communicate in Chinese for client liaison.
• Prior experience with Xero and the Google suite of apps is preferred.
