About the role

Join WOLF – CBRE Design Collective, a global design team within the world’s largest commercial real‑estate services firm. This full‑time junior interior designer position offers fresh graduates the chance to develop creative design solutions in a collaborative, innovative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with internal partners in workplace, project management, and leasing teams.
• Execute project work plans, supporting senior designers in planning, organizing, and directing daily activities.
• Develop design concepts that meet programming requirements, budget constraints, and client expectations.
• Prepare construction and furniture drawings, specifications, and coordinate documentation.
• Collaborate with external consultants, engineering disciplines, and project managers.
• Maintain design schedules, ensure milestone reviews, and conduct code research for variance approvals.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
• Internship experience with FF&E or interior‑design specifications is a plus.
• Strong creative vision, innovation, and familiarity with technical design and architectural principles.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Photoshop.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.

• Proficiency in Adobe Suite.
