Legal Executive – APAC Region

About the role

We are seeking a Legal Executive / Legal Analyst to support the regional legal function across the Asia Pacific region. The role involves drafting and reviewing contracts, providing employment law support, and conducting multi‑jurisdictional legal research.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and maintain a range of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and internal policies.
• Provide support on employment and labour law matters, including documentation and research.
• Conduct legal research across multiple jurisdictions in APAC.
• Assist with the preparation and review of commercial agreements.
• Support transaction processes, including documentation, coordination, and execution.
• Liaise with external counsel and internal stakeholders on legal matters.
• Maintain legal templates, contract databases, and knowledge resources.
• Assist with day‑to‑day legal queries from business teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant legal or paralegal experience.
• Background in a law firm or in‑house legal team preferred.
• Experience handling contracts and general corporate matters.
• Exposure to employment law is advantageous but not essential.
• Legal diploma or equivalent required; law degree is a plus.
