Onsite IT Engineer (Windows & Microsoft Tools)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Onsite IT Engineer to join our support team. You will provide tier‑2 technical assistance to end‑users, manage Windows‑based desktops and servers, and ensure smooth onboarding and collaboration experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver tier‑2 support for Windows 10/11 desktops and Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Handle user onboarding and offboarding, including account creation, hardware provisioning, and access rights configuration.
• Configure and maintain Microsoft Teams rooms, ensuring audio/video integration and calendar synchronization.
• Perform basic Active Directory administration: user/group management, GPO enforcement, and permissions auditing.
• Deploy software and images, manage patching, and generate compliance reports using SCCM.
• Support Office 365 administration, including licensing, Exchange Online, SharePoint access, and Teams troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with remote IT teams for escalation, documentation, and knowledge‑base updates.
• Conduct routine hardware audits, cable management, and basic network troubleshooting.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of IT support experience, preferably in Windows environments.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to communicate with non‑technical users.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced office setting.

Required skills

• Windows Desktop OS (Windows 10/11) administration.
• Windows Server OS (2016/2019/2022) administration.
• Active Directory user and group management.
• SCCM for software deployment and patch management.
• Office 365 suite (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
