Operations Supervisor cum Pavement Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Operations Supervisor cum Pavement Supervisor to lead our pavement and utilities projects in Singapore. This dual‑role ensures site operations run safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications while acting as the main liaison between project teams and on‑site personnel.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of work sites, leading and motivating designated teams.
• Maximise worker productivity, material usage, and ensure safety compliance.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Control project costs and provide status updates to the Construction Manager.
• Plan and allocate resources, liaise with clients on progress, and ensure legal documentation is filed correctly.
• Identify site issues early, develop mitigation strategies, and oversee traffic control plans.
• Ensure sufficient resources and materials are available to avoid interruptions.
• Perform additional duties assigned by senior management.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in construction or infrastructure supervision.
• Hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple site functions.
