Production Technician

About the role

Air Liquide Singapore is seeking a Production Technician to join its industrial gas manufacturing site. The role focuses on cylinder filling operations, ensuring that daily customer orders are met while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and execute cylinder, pallet, and LGC filling to achieve stock targets and customer requirements.
• Check empty stock availability, operate pumps and compressors, and handle cylinder treatment and inspection.
• Maintain production records and use the GTS handheld device at each production stage.
• Sort, shift, pack, load, and unload cylinders safely and efficiently.
• Observe all SOPs, safety procedures, ISO, IMS, and statutory requirements.
• Participate in toolbox meetings, roll‑calls, briefings, and compulsory training.
• Perform daily housekeeping to keep the workplace clean and safe.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of operational experience in a manufacturing or plant environment.
• Prior experience in the chemical or industrial gas sector is highly desirable.
• Physically fit and able to navigate a large plant while performing manual tasks.
• Valid forklift licence is an advantage.
